Replaced my stereo for an aftermarket one, now i have alternator whine (which im guessing is worse as i have bose!)
need to take it all out again and look for anything dodgy, only thing ive done "out of ordinary" is earth the handbrake wire (for obvious reasons
) and attached the 12v and 12/switchable straight to the incoming 12v constant wire from the car because there isnt a switchable 12 volt present.
Done this loads of times so i dont think thats the reason, is it that the earth wire is just really crap (maybe ill have to run another one) anyone else have this, if not ill have to start playing around with filters etc... thought my days of alternator whine and ground loops were over!!!!
