Hey guys looking at a bi xenon retrofit and i know there's loads of threads on here about them, ive found a set on ebay direct from germany, and as far as the seller knows they are not for RHD cars, whats the difference between the headlights for RH and LH drive? is it possible to buy and convert? i would of thought as they are bi xenon, and with the auto leveling pack they would be ok? you would just need to code the control unit?

cheers

Phil

The LHD lights cant be converted to RHD without major surgery so dont buy them. The would need adaptors to convert to your wiring and possibly a newer central electronics module to get the correct coding for them.

As Khufu has said, needs a lot of work to convert. Not worth the hassle IMO.

Once you've found a set, speak to Nige (NHN on this forum) or VWCruise about getting them installed.

I have a drivers side Bi-Xenon headlight for sale. It's in immaculate condition with no marks, scratches or dents.

Ah guess it's a no go then! How much do you want for that light? bi xenon with led drl yeh?
