Just curious for your thoughts really, does it sound good or sh*t?


Any change in performance?


I have looked at videos on youtube but hard to tell really..

I'm not sure what you would get from just removing the cat.I have a turbo back stainless that sounds well.
Its not to noisy and it also takes away the sound of it being such a rattly diesel lol

It can improve economy apparently, will alleviate back pressure, but tbh unless its on a car with a custom map & hybrid I cant imagine it would have much pressure to relieve.

I just ordered 1 for number of reasons, I have the uprated setup, but want to see if my cat is the bit making a boom noise at 2krpm, given the cheapness of the part & I can fit myself, then worth a try.

They are about 110 on E-bay..
