Do A3 2.0 Turbo Diesels have a Diverter Valve?
I ask because i can hear what i think is chatter when letting the throttle off. I had this exact noice on my S3 and replacing the DV solved the problem.
This is the first diesel i have ever worked on, or owned so unsure.
The car feels fine with good boost.
Haven't got Vag, so can't try that.
If it has not got a diverter valve, any ideas what it could be?
