rear abs problem

hey there,
replaced both rear abs sensors due to the light being on and vagcom pointing to the rear sensors.

this didnt help, and found out that the rings that give the abs sensors the signal have perished.

are these replaceable? as i cant find these anywhere

or do i need to replace the full hub!?

if so.. will hubs from a 2006 model 5door 2.0 tdi fit a 2004 3door 2.0 tdi??

hey thanks for the reply. is there anyway of buying these seperately? or is it best to buy the full hub?
basically i took it to a garage to get the abs sensors replaced but the light stayed on

they have took pictures which show the abs sensor sitting in place, and what appears to be a metal ring, covered in rubber sat at the back of the hub? they reckon the signal comes off there, and the abs sensor reads it?

the abs sensor doesn't appear to be protected? and it just poking out of the metal and hanging out of the other side? does this sound right?

just appears that it can get very dirty very quickly! :S
