Are The Buttons On Your Remote Very Stiff?

I really have to push down hard to get them to work.

Also are there any links on how to re-program your open/shut buttons eg if you want all the doors to open instead of just the drivers door etc?

Go into your DIS menu to change the settings for your remote for locking/unlocking your doors.

that only works for the newer cars. you might need to do a bit of coding

I think pre 2008 you can only do it with VCDS.

Are you sure it's not the battery getting low? When this happened to me I found I instinctively pressed harder but with a new battery it worked fine. Do you still have a good range from which the key will still unlock your car?
