Bit of a random one.

When playing mp3's from and SD card set to mix it seems to select three random songs from the folder it is in then move on to the next album in the list and so on. Is there any way to make it totally random? or not?

Good question, will test my mk2 tomorrow & find out if thats changed & will test my mk1 aswell.

Hey NHN,

Any luck with your testing?

I did have the thought of putting all the MP3's from card1 onto card2 in a single folder for shuffle purposes, however I suspect the random function isn't truly random and will play the tracks in exactly the same order each time anyway.

I tried "shuffle" on mine, seems to work OK.
When I press "next track" it seems the "shuffle" plays 3 random tracks from 1 album then 3 or 4 from another album and so on .....
