MY10 S3 due its first service - is this correct and how much?

Hi,

Got the reminder light on start up now showing to get my 1st service done at end of the month.

That will make the car exactly 12 months from new with approx 6k ont the clock.

Does this sound about right? Thought I had heard some people last almost 2 yrs before the service light came on?

What should I expect to pay?

My 2008 s3 had the light come on after 12 months as well, with 6k miles done. It was basically an "inspection" service, nothing major. I have the tyres parts & maintanence plan so I didn't pay for it separately, but I think these cost about £150-170 if I'm not mistaken, hopefully someone can confirm

Thanks mate. Seems a lot for what is done, other than the official Stealer stamp!! I assume this comes with an oil change? PLan on giving them a call in the next few days to check out?
