All in all fairly easy, takes a fair amount of time to make sure the bubbles are pushed out etc, but all you need is an hair dryer, soft cloth to rub the bubbles/shapes etc, and a credit card type thing to help push into the gaps etc.

If you want to do it, I'd practice on a small piece first, something easy and straight forward to do.

The grill might work a bit better if you either cut the bottom chrome section off the original top grill of wrapped that as well so the chrome was just around the edge of the whole job ??

Where do you get this carbon wrap stuff ?

That was my plan originally, but I ran out of the stuff before I could do it, I'll be buying some more to finish the job off though

Quite a few, but funds will play a big part as me and the woman are looking for our own place together, but wheels would be my first choice.

Cheers guys, I'm pretty into doing my own thing anyway, I've moved over from the MG scene, and my last car was subtly modded fairly heavily

Surely 600mm sheet is not big enough to do your door trims? did you join in on them? I like the interior, looks good

No, I emailed the guy, he will do custom sizes to suit what you need, I paid 15 delivered for 1 74cmx30cm and a 80cmx40cm.

Bit of an update, I finished the wrapping of the upper grills lower lip, looks much better than the old grill IMO, at least until I get the funds for a proper conversion.

PM away mate, always happy to help out.
You could have used your piano black ones (mine are piano black), as the carbon wrap comes off easily enough with an hair dryer, and there is no damage to the trim at all.
