Unhappy Turbo on it's way out? PIC'S ADDED

    Hi Guys

    Just changed my manifold flap.

While I was there I noticed a lot of oil in the intake pipe, IMF, egr and manifold it self.

The car does use a little oil and have a slight turbo whine to it.

Is the turbo on it way out?

How much is this going to cost me?

    Cheers for any advice.

its not your turbo mate, its mainly a function of the EGR chucking dirty air/oil vapour back into the intake manifold.

As already said, a bit of oil in the intake is normal on a turbo car be it petrol or diesel

If this is normal that's fine.
It's just more than I'm use to seeing.
