injection loom

Anyone know where to find the injection loom on a 04 plate A3 2.0tdi. Also, is it easy to fit??
Trying to do it as we speak so would be really really grateful for a quick response.

Sorry, couldn't tell you but my Octavia VRs has just had a problem with an injector and the loom. My mate said it is fairly labour intensive though, he works for VW and said that the 2.0L pds are prone to injector problems. Best of luck buddy

Take the rocker cover off and it`s there in front of you. The loom is held in the head with small clips and the leads to the injectors just pull off. Where the loom goes through the side of the head it unscrews and comes apart. If you have the tools and know what your doing only takes half hour or so to do tops. VW dealers will probably charge you six hours labour as it`s such a complicated job for them to do.

warming the new loom first with a hairdryer will make it easier to get it into the head.
