d.i.s problem

hi guys and girls just noticed tonight that my d.i.s is flickering on my a3 just wondering if anybody has had a similar problem in the past and knows how to fix it or knows what is causing it to do that it was bugging me all the way home

hi mate, it can only be the DIS being on its way out. one by one the lines will start going intermittently, then it'll just stay at one stage of bad for ages :) seeing as yours is just flickering though, it could be that the cable holding the lcd panel is a little loose and needs re-applying.

its the whole thing that is flickering so im guessing something is loose hmm
