universal heated seat elements

For whats requires doing anyway in the seat & to the climate then my advice is to fit genuine ones, as you have to take the same parts out & do the same wiring, for me it would be silly to fit non standard heated seat parts in this scenario as there's no guarantee they will work properly or at all & if they go wrong you have to take the seats apart again to repair, I've had 4 audi's now with heated seats & not one oem solution has failed.

I have studied the wiring & it has circuitry that maybe of use, but as it relies on temp sensors aswell, I'd stick to oem.
