    Intercooler pipe broke???

Was doing a service on my car today when i noticed some oil had been sitting on the noise insulation cover.
When i looked up to see what could be wrong i noticed the intercooler pipe (metal part) was not holding the rubber pipe as well as it should be, there was a fair bit of play in it. Closer inspection and the jubilee clip type was broken and there was a chip out of the metal part of pipe.
    See picture

    How muuch to fix guys?

According to ETKA part No 1K0 145 762 CK (pressure pipe) was listed at around 50, but my prices are a bit out of date.

That part number is for the BKC engine. Part number for BKD engine has suffix CL

CK is 70 ish and CL is 45 ish for some unknown reason !

Just had mine done at VAG independant garage and price incl fitting and VAT was 68 (BKD engine ).

The latest part is all plastic which solves the problem of metal to rubber bonding.

    Good luck !
