Which headunit? Single to double din

At the minute I have a single concept sympothy Bose

I'm wanting double din
Not fussed if touchscreen. Ideally want satnav

I'm looking at the Audi upgrades!

What would u recommend?
If u recommend one can u tell me what else needed?
Will I need the code? With the headunits?

Out of intrest will the below fit?

The RNS-E unit is the OEM Audi choice.

I've just taken one out and put it up for sale in the classified section of the forum.
