HELP needed, Fitted cruise control no can't get it to work?????

Hi, right follwed the retro fit guid from the site thanks pns2007 very helpfull got it in and managed to clear most faults and now cant get it working below is the vag com coding faults brought up and I have tried initialising it to no avail!!

As you have a steering wheel code fault have you recoded the wheel to know the controller has cruise ie here ...?

sorry i have cut the list short so it should have 1 on the end for rear wiper...but yes, check your code as it is now and change your second to last number too 4 ie 0014141 I think.

always make a note of the original code so you can change back if it all goes wrong.

Paddy your a star cheer mate all working perfectly on the cruise control front however have disturbed something which is now feeding back White noise through the rnse and speakers doh.......

That code you put (4) in is for telephone /voice control on the steering wheel ? maybe it needs to be (2) ie MF with radio...not sure of your set up ?
