2009 headlights to 2007 model..

I found nice facelift halogen headlight from Germany. I didn't even know there are facelift lights that don't have led cr*p.
( from 07/2008 -> model )

Those light have LWR servomotors. My car dont have?.
Would that be any problem or do i just remove old headlight and bolt this to place?

Xenon headlights would be better, but they cost easyly 800euros a pair (used). Those are under half the price (new).


EDIT : found these from another audi forum.

I guess this xenon light is identical size as that one.
1,5cm too wide and 1cm too high.

I'm a little confused, are you planning to buy 8P3 xenons and fit them to your 8P2 directly??

Yeah..
I forgot to add edit text in first post. I found those Xenon light pictures from another audi forum. those headlights are 15mm too wide and 10mm too high to use directly in older model ( 8P3 -> 8P2 ).


I guess this is 8P3? side markers are in side mirrors and not in fenders.

Yeah it's an 8P3 mate.

its a massive change, bonnet wings bumper front panel, and thats just for starters, none of those panels are bolt on they all require mods to fit, i just completed this conversion on my s3 see here VAGOC.co.uk | VAGOC.co.uk
