Is This a Straight Swap? Thanks

Should be a straight swap for your Sport. It does state that it won't fit the S3 which is right as the S3 grill is a bit shorter in height.
 
as said the s3 grill is smaller in height than the standard grill so my guess is yeah it will fit
 
yep, depends how competent you are on the fitment though ;) its a bumper off job
 
Taking the bumper off is easy enough just takes time and alot of rumaging for the fixings lol! Careful popping the old grill out to save breaking the fixings. Have a go, good luck.
