Old style s-line wheels painted in Titanium - will it work on a dolphin Grey A3?

Taking my car in shortly to have the grill replaced (had a bit of a bump and cracked it). So i'm debating on giving the car a bit of a spruce up - black grill, and having wheels repainted darker - same as the titanium wheels from black edition A3s (i love those wheels!) - only think i'm not sure about is (a) will the colour suit my 18" s-line wheels, and (b) will the colour suit my dolphin grey car?

What do ya think?

No its the old style s-line 18's used to get on the S-line models - think they are called 5-arm?

you mean like my wheels in my sig , i think yes they would look nice but its personal preference isnt it have a look in the rims thread maybe you can get some idea of what they look like in there of other people who have done there wheels darker too

they are reps of s-line 5 arm wheels they are only a bit smaller spokes

I personally wouldn't do it. Lava Grey with Tit wheels is a bit like wearing a Blue Jacket with Black trousers... not good IMHO
