i have been looking at an a3 tdi sport at glasgow audi but the platic trim pillar where the seat belt hangs down and the door pocket card are all like pitted and blistered any suggestionn what could have caused this

would these panel be expesive i thought they would just replace them but the guy says someone coming in to refurb them

i'd want them replaced or no deal. I'd also make sure the seat belt retracts freely without needing guided back.
my niece thinks shes a money in my car when she gets out she takes the fastes route.
