Dismantling Interior

Evening,

Might be simple but i'm ******** if i can find anything,
How do you remove the two 'arms' as such which are either side of the gear lever. Come from either side of the radio/controls.
And also how to take the gear knob and Gaiter off? Mines a bit worn now and needs changing.

There are three screws for each handle IIRC. One is under the gearknob surround (it's clipped in, just pull it from the front) one attaches it at the top but the screw is vertical and accessed from underneath (you should be able to feel the holes), then there's one at the front which you can see if you get your head in at the right angle.

I thought the gear knob surround would just pull out but I didn't want to attempt it without knowing for sure.
