AUDI A3 2.0 TDI SPORT 2004 ....STILL WONT START!!!!

Turbo has been replaced, injectors removed and refitted, all conectors refitted and checked, pipes cleaned...

when you put the key in the ignition and turn to position 2 you hear 3 beeps but no warnings on the dash, the engine turns over but will not fire!

any ideas anyone??

there is a buzzing sound coming from the flap module thing on the inlet manifold... would this stop it from starting??

they do make a buzzing sound check that it has actualy opened and that air is being allowed in

Have you replaced the injectors? Or just removed and refitted?

My PD170 just had a problem where it needed a new injector, and because 1 was faulty, it stops the other 3 from functioning so as not to flood the engine
