Which gearbox oil do you recommend for the 2.0 tdi?

I'm looking at either:

Also, i've not changed the gearbox oil on this car before, anyone done it and got any tips/a quick guide??

Oh and how many litres will i need?

I want to know about this as well cause I've got a very slow leak from the gear box. I went to Audi to ask them about a fluid change and the seal etc and the technician said that I didn't need it changed as mine is a manual ?!

So i'm confused about this subject and need some help too

I done my DSG box myself. I bought the DSG oil off eBay and made a VAS 6262 tool myself. The tool cost me about 8quid to make and the oil i got off eBay for 17.
