Relay Location - how do I get to them under the sterring wheel?

Can someone tell me how to access the relay's under the steering wheel?

On searching a lot of people say they have done this but there is no explantion of how?

arent the relays on the side? there is a detachable panel that clips on and off with relays underneath

The ones on the side are the fuses - I'm after getting to these puppies:

Which are under the steering wheel.

You need to take the lower dash off I think, very simple. Off the top of my head, pull the fuse cover off at the end of the dash and there's a few star key screws I think, take the headlamp switch out by pushing the rotator knob inwards and turning it anti clockwise and pull outwards. Then stick your head under the dash and remove 3 or 4 more starkey screws. Now the whole bottom bit just pull outwards, need a firm yank by the headlamp switch side, and becareful not to lose the metal clips that by the switch.
