How do you remove the lower skirt trim?

As subject how do you remove the lower skirt trim below the lower bump shrip on the door (See pic)

Four screws at the bottom of the door (inside), the centre two are hidden by dust caps - then slide the strip forward.

Get it done on the car... Thats how they did mine (and the bump strips too!)..
