RS4 B5 Throttle body

So im looking for a Turbo specific Throttle body from a RS4 B5

I have a new plenum and well apparently its happier days with a new throttle body so if anyone knows where I could find one it would be greatly appreciated

p.s. does anyone know the size of the current one?
and also

does anyone know if Revo like APR does a tune for the plenum/throttle body set up?

The b5 is 70mm and the rs4 is 75mm

still not to sure about the S3 ?

You could measure yours of course but IIRC its 65mm

APR recommend the RS4 TB which is 75mm im guessing i couldnt really get away with the S4 70mm TB

so what are the gains fron this swap?
is it direct fitting? whats the part number of the "upgraded" tb?
