fault code!! please help

hi, i fitted my coilovers yesterday and now my traction control light wont go off, i code read it on vag come and i got this....... steering angle sensor. is this linked? i tried to remove fault be kept coming back,

Steering angle sensor is behind the steering wheel I think, have you had your tracking done since fitting your coil overs?

no i haven't, should i get it done now then? how come i cant clear the code? cheers dale

dont you need to recalibrate it somehow?

Depends what the fault code associated with it is (00778 iirc is for steering angle sensor and should have another number underneath it), if its intermittent signal then probably needs replacing. If its it out range or something similar then get the wheel alignment done and re-calibrate the sensor and should be OK.
