Shaky Steering wheel when braking

I've changed the pads and discs on the front, it has become a little bit better but still there!! any help would be a joy!

PS not pulling to either side and doesn't need wheel balancing.

Cheers jojo for the reply, so you think I need the rubber bushes on my lower track arms replaced? does make sense, will have to get it checked out.
