4motion suspension on S3 ??

Does anyone know if the golf 4motion suspension fits the S3 8L as I believ the chassis is the same but was unsure if the shocks were different sizes or not.

Only one question really, why would you want to fit 4Motion suspension in the first place? V6 up front means it's heavier there, so the spring rates wouldn't be suitable for the S3.

Coilover kits, opens up a bit more scope & they seem cheaper

but yes you are right, I wasn't thinking of the different spring rates, I was assuming they were generic

I know the cv joints are different , the 4 motion ones arn`t as big as the S3`s
