Front Bumper Valance Removal

Hey chaps,

Quick question about the front bumper plastic valance that holds the fogs grills and middle grill etc... I know the side fog light vents just unclip of easily but has anyone removed the whole front plastic valance that holds them in? If so are they clipped in or screwed onto the bumper? Can it be removed with the bumper on the car or does the front bumper have to be removed? Ta

Im pretty sure its a bumper off job to remove the centre grill. Its pretty easy to remove the bumper, theres a good guide with pictures somewhere i used, ill have a look see if i can find the link again.
