My stereo volume broke so brought a new stereo off ebay doesnt have a code?

How do i get the code?

The online decoding wont work.. You have to get it sent off and reset. There is no other way.

Yes Audi will retrieve the code for a small fee (about £25-£35, sometimes even for nothing if you are a valued customer!
