Spacer pcd adapters for oem b6 s4 avusIII

Just wondering what size adapters I need/can get away with for my A3 for the wheels mentioned in the title, which according to wiki are:
8.0Jx18H2*ET45

5x112 adaptors with at least a 10 mm thickness. But you could go as much as 15-20mm depending on how much you are lowered (rubbing).
