Removing anti rioll bar?

Hi,i have got to remove my anti roll bar as my mot is coming up,is there a guide on how to remove it??..

Oh im removing it as i have cut the ends off becuase i have lowered it and just waiting to get a whiteline front roll bar.

its a drop subframe down job iirc for the front, or a drop exhaust rear box on the rear ( assuming you have quattro as it's not mentioned what car you have)

edit - it is there, just in black text on the black background,lol

I'm curious as to why you want to remove it at all?
