Remote locking

ok guys heres one for you i can only lock each door by putting the key in each door but it still sets the alarm also the key fob sets and un set the alarm but does not lock or unlock the car Any ideas

I would say it was prob the main central locking control unit. Might be a stupid question but have you checked all fuses?

yep all checked and all fine how much would one of them set me back and is it easy to fit

It's a little black box, and I think it's located in the corner of the boot, easy to fit. They can be expensive, but you do see them on eBay for around £80, so I would have a look there.
