update on my apy S3 pics

Thought i would post up some new pics of my S3, recently had AMD stage 2 remap, full milltek exhaust, airfilter, forge TIP,
forge boost hoses, forge oil catch tank and polished up a few bits.

also painted my brake calipers black, and tinted my rear windows last week but am not to sure if i like the tint as its quite dark need some opinions?

very smart mate just needs lowering and spacers now and i think the tints look spot on mate i done the same to mine

Car looks great.

I sometimes find it hard to tell the difference between darker coloured S3s and A3s. Especially as a lot of A3 owners stick big wheels on their cars.

Looking good engine bay wise, the tints a bit dark IMHO as on a black car it gives it a van look.

Facelift rear light upgrade, tints atm on rears dont look right so tint the fronts minimally & lawful, wheel change as they just dont suit the 8L at all, the S4 B6 wheels look fantastic on the S3 for sure if you can find them as rocking horse................ suspension lower minimally & also if you can find a pair, facelift all in one headlight upgrade, that will finish it of perfectly & maybe some brushed mirror covers, breaks up the black for a better contrast.

All IMHO that is, I had the APY S3 for 7 years & loved it almost everyday & those would be my mods, not to everyone's liking, but its an opinion which is what you probably wanted.

cheers guys for opinions i think im going to take the window tints off and order some lighter film like 20% vlt as i also think it looks a bit like a van lol.

lowering and spacers will be my next mod and a fmic then im planning on going down the same road as Tuffty

nice i like the wheels but never have been sure about tints on dark cars needs dropping and some spacers on the rear :thumbsup:

well it wasnt as much of a change from standard to stage 1 but i could defiantly feel a difference i gained about 10-15 bhp the turbo kicks in a bit more quicker and a bit more aggressive,

Like it mate, that looks exactly the same as my engine, all be it without the covers, like how you placed the catch can were you have, mines abit further backwards so makes it a bit messy, think i may move mine forwards a little.
