    S3 Silent Alarm

    Hi my car alarm doesn't make any noise I've tried various things windows down stick arm in after 30sec, comin in threw the boot whilst alarm triggered and unlocking with the key on the side doors whilst alarm is on... So it's got to of been switched at some point only had it 8 weeks n luv luv luv in it :D

    Anyone who can help big thanks....

    siren is broke, i think its in a really inaccessable place too...

    It's not the most accessible engine bay lol so broken siren could it be possible it's on garage mode? U know so it's silent when being worked on? My Clifford had that....

    Dont think its garage mode mate, they have a very common problem with the batteries dying on the siren, if you do a search there is ALOT of info on how to repair or replace.

    I see you have tested it, but when you arm the car, the leds on the door pins will flash constantly yea, when they slow down and flash at a normal pace, that means the car is armed, try doing it like this with the windows down and wave your arms in there and see if that does anything.

    hmmm thought the siren was hidden down in a little hole somewhere. Havent seen it myself

    Its in the rear wheel arch, under all the lining and the sub, so well hidden away for obvious reasons, not so good as the sounds gets covered up!!

    dam, just replaced my sub, should of sorted the siren really
