OK so the idea last night was to do some logging, just purely and utterly to see how my car was running.
Plugged in the cable, had to re "test" the car for what ever reason (could be because I have recently wiped the comp so might have lost the memory of VAG COM). Once I had sorted the port (USB use) and scanned the car in test mode, I then started to follow the instructions for logging.
Everytime I went to click on "001 Engine" it would start loading but then come back with the error "too many communications errors". I know the car is connected and the interface is recognised as it comes up with my chassis details etc.
Any ideas?!
