Hi all.
Just popped round to a friends to diagnose his Engline Management light on.
Vagcom codes are:
17536 - Fuel Trim: Bank 1 (Mult): System too Lean
P1128 - 35-00 - -
17705 - Pressure drop between turbo and throttle valve (check DV)
P1297 - 35-10 - Intermittent

Runs/ drives fine... Theres a fluttering around the DV area when the throttles let off. Like a pidgeon.

Any one else recon its a knackered DV diaphram?

Just After some confirmation before i order him a forge.

Welcome to the evil 17705 and 17545

If it is the original Bosch DV, then it is prone to failure.

You need to go back and take vagcom logs of engine blocks 02, 031 and 115. tufftybloke can read whats going on

Usually i would have done.. However, I forgot to charge the lappy :(

I checked the usual pipes for splits, had a general listen around for hissing... But the only thing i could find was the fluttering sound .
Ive got a spare Dv in my toolbox, so ill bung that on tomorrw and give it a try i think.
