Ariel/Antenna Adapter HELP REQUIRED URGENT

Hi there i have recently changed the antenna to my audi a3, but i am needing an adapter, does any one know which adapter i need, and also could this be the reason to why my rear speakers and subwoofer have now stopped working?? there is a picture attached of the connenction but which adapter would i need. Where have you changed it from have you done anything to the back of the stereo??

Are you using a standard or aftermarket stereo, if its standard, its probably not connected up properly, if its aftermarket, then you need to get a connector, its made by autoleads and is i think the PC9-410, but you would need to check that, have a look in the ICE section, should hopefully be lots of info there.
