Bill (Badger5) will be able to map it up for you as well.

I agree with valves, but then again, not a necessity.

You WILL need an FMIC. You WILL need a 3" downpipe and sports/decat. You WILL need a silicone TIP (As the OEM ones collapse under high intake load).

EDIT: Just saw you have downpipe and cat. D'oh!

Not sure about the standard injectors as yet, waiting to see the outcome of a mapping session on another CR Stage 4 hybrid conversion.

i spoke with autograph at burnley, you really do need to upgrade to a bigger inlet manifold to get the best out of a hybrid otherwise you will only be getting 15/20bhp more than a stage 2 s3, a lot of money for a few ponnies.

they either don't have any experiance with 1.8t or were trying to sell you something as afew on here have made the 300 mark without upgrading the inlet manifold

Agreed... Welly is running a std mani and throttle body... its even small port despite having a large port head... he is making a reliable 340ish bhp on 22psi... thats a little more than 15/20bhp over a std K04...

Not saying a larger inlet wouldn't have an affect... couldn't tell you what it would be but the curve would change as would torque delivery, but to say you need one to get more than 20bhp out of a K04 hybrid is simply wrong... and we can actual prove it

I opened mine up to accommodate the R32 TB I now have but got the 383bhp on a std mani, small port head and 60mm TB...

There isn't much you can remove tbh but its the larger plenum you benefit from... cylinder 4 gets left out a bit on the std mani when shifting lots of air... SEM is the best flowing mani out there IIRC but its 800 odd quid so not currently high on my list

lol - whoever Baz is.. I dont know him.. I dont think
You dont know me.. so how do you know what I do or dont know.. LMAO.. Irrelvant that it is..

    Anyhows....
You dont need an inlet manifold for k04 hybrid... nothing stopping you from adding one of course, its your money... but the gains vs outlay wont be favourable. SEM is a very good inlet mani..

Exhaust manifold is a must have before intake on a k04 hybrid.. but I am sure your mate knows this

    Good luck..
