Facelift info...

Am currently looking for an S3, was looking at around a 2003, the imola yellow is growing on me but i can only find them on 1999 & 2000. So my question is, was the S3 facelifted in 2001 and if so what are the differences between a 1999/2000 car and a 2001/2003 car?

Also, will a 210 map to the same as a 225?

210bhp will map to the same level as 225 yes :icon_thumright:
imola yellow is a great colour but as you said for some reason the majority of them are prefacelift for some reason the only real differences is cosmetic with the front and rear lights being different and some interiour differences not a massive change really. if its a faclift version you want hold out for the correct car no point impulse buying just because you want an s3. 2001 was the change over year your correct.

i have prefacelift that was imola yellow and i have changed to facelift headlights and taillgihts so you could always go down that route,
