Bedding in New Pads & Discs

Hello,

I have just some AP Calipers (Thanks Tuffty) 323mm Discs and New Crappy Mintex Pads (Brought for £20 of ebay testing plan to get of DS2500) and some Hel Hoses

I few weeks ago someone on here posted a similar thing with 330mm discs, and if I remember correctly someone else posted a bedding in procedure.......

I have searched and searched (can't really remember any keywords) but cannot find the post again for the procedure, anyone point me in the right direction.
