Rear Wiper Jet

With us fast approaching another Winter I was wondering if anyone had a solution to stop the rear wiper/washer jet pipe from popping off when you really need it. It happened to me a good few times last year after the salt was put down. You tend to throw up a lot of crap, which makes the rear screen near opaque and when you spray the washer jet nothing. Last year my car was still under manufactures warranty this year however I won't be so lucky. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif

I blobbed some silicone around the connection and its been fine ever since.
