Washed the A3. Few Pictures for you.

I spend most my times in the B6 section, but I thought I'd put a few pics of our lasses A3 up.
Hope washed it threads are ok.

Our lasses car looked a total mess this morning, so I thought sun is shining. Why not.
I didn't get a dirty car photo this time, but this is basically how bad it was.

Washed it and it rained. Which is typical.
So retreated to my secret garage. To give it a little polish.
I'm far from a geek on these things, i far from know my stuff. I really want to get it into Pride and Performance to have it properly done, and scratches removed.
Down the passenger side, was a car length scratch. I didn't get a photo, but it was BAAAAD managed to get it out.
I'd have been photoing all day if i photo'd every scratch! But this was one.

After

Ignore all the swirl marks.
This is the car pre polish, it's very dull. Almost white in the wrong light.

Engine bay abit cleaner.

what products were you using (especially for the o/s/f wing scratch)?

Nothing special fella, used G3 on the really bad scratches and G10 on the fine ones.
I used just megs car wash, clay bar'd, megs nxt gen polish (was going to use super resin polish but couldn't be bothered with the dust) then just finished off with autoglym aquawax.
Tyres were done with meg tyre dressing.
All windows (bar windscreen) were done with the aquawax, brings up windows lovely!

Any body no if meguiars any good as i have just brought the whole set,stage one,stage two,stage three

Also i have got the meguiars microfibre cloths and also the meguiars cloth to rub the meguiars kit with...

Mines black but never imagine mine being like the one in the pic nice car and well done

Washed the car at home and popped it in the station for peace.
We get about 100 shouts a year lol
