Spluttering Noise?

Hi guys,
Ive oticed that when I get in my car in thew morning and pull off there is a strange spluttering noise which sound like it might have something to do with the turbo but after the car warms up it goes away?? Is this normal or is it a problem thats in its early stages?
Any ideas?

Hmmmmm, hard to say mate without a little more specific info. First thing is to check for obvious leaks in your turbo hoses and vac hoses...

Good shout - it could also be the diaphragm split if using stock item?

hmmm had this noise, when driving shooting off in 2nd. very unnerving ,sounds like a metal hitting something


using stock Bosch DV :/

Mine hesitates for a couple of seconds when its started from cold. Its not a splutter though...just almost a bit of a mis-fire before its reved a couple of times. Only seems to do it in cold weather though.

not using standard dv but i am using a ebay special for £30. Do you think it might be this? Im looking at buying a forge 007p next month

Stick the standard one back on and see if it stops.

okay ill try that. Its not causing any problems though i was just wondering what it might have been.
