i will have my 40mm springs for sale soon. my coilovers are here now.

35 - 40mm springs are too low for an S3, you'll end up scraping your sump off...
If your after some springs go for H&R or Eibach.
Standard exhaust or Performance? (I've got a standard rear back box in good condition if your after one).
