I just purchased a set of In Pro chrome mirror covers for my Audi A3. I was fitting them using the instructions below:

I took out the glass, the bottom panel and the mirror cover. I put the new cover on which went on correctly, however the bottom panel does not fit on correctly with the new mirror cover. I went back and had a look at the advert on Ebay and it said for cars 2000 -2003. My car is a 1999 s3 model. I would like to know if anyone would like to swap for a pair of pre-face chrome mirrors or like to buy the ones I've got, they are BRAND NEW WITH INSTRUCTION.
