Clutch Switch - Revs Hanging on Gear change

At my whits end here...
As i mentioned in a previous post my 99 S3 has just cost me...(at an audi specialist)

1) 1 x new clutch pedal (after breaking up near the pivot point) + service £300
2) 1 x new clutch and dual mass flywheel £1,100

and still the revs rise when i change gear. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/burningmad.gif

As SYNAPS3 mentioned on an earlier post it could be the clutch switch.
Where is this located, in the car near the pedal or under the bonnet. Also how much are they and is it a DIY job?

Sick of paying out on it at the moment.

This switch is under the clutch pedal mechanism.
Mine was changed by my dealer. I did not see them change it but it takes only a few minutes.
The switch is relatively cheap, less than 20 pounds...
I hope you sort this problem out.
