Rear Brake Pads

Eveving all, wondered if anyone can confirm if the rear brake pads from an audi 80 quattro/golf II/III/IV sized at 87x53x15mm thick are the ones i need for my S3.
I picked some up tonight and they arent listed for the S3 and dont want to strip it down and them not fit.
Also i'm thinking of changing the brake fluid and wondered if anyone has any recomendations on what to go for, i have a standard car and dont really push it too much but on occasion i have suffered fade so thought about maybe upgrading the fluid.
Also if anyone has any tips or a guide for changing the fluid i'm all ears.

Cheers for the links fella, just what i was after. The pads i have are identical except mine are 2mm thinner.
