    Interior question ???

    Was the centre arm rest on the S3 an option? oddly I dont have one but have just about all the other options...strange.

    Hi, yes it was an option, they sometimes crop up on eBay and allegedly Seat do one identical but for less than Audi though Im not sure for which vehicle it is, but Im sure some of the more knowledgeable in A-S.Net will be able to say. Hope this helps

    From what I've read I think it was an option because people often pop up on here asking about fitting one.

    I've just seen an S3 on autotrader that someone posted and the arm rest looks like it has a metal frame on it which looks odd IMO. Mines all attched the the centre consol towards the back and looks a lot neater.

    Yeh I noticed that too, Ive seen a pic somewhere showing the rest on some ironing board type frame bolted to the deck behind the console. I seem to think the S3 rest is that way as I test drove a ew and have a vague memory of seeing it before.
